GA's export support services to companies in non-EU countries have expanded to Great Britain.

    ALGERIA - ARH/DMG

The import of pressure equipment, instruments and components requires the preparation of certification files.

These files, once endorsed by the Algerian Consulate and the chamber of commerce in the manufacturer's country, will be endorsed by a CB and shared with the Algerian Client.

We talk about DOSSIER ARH (Authoritè des Hydrocarbure) and DOSSIER DGM (directionne des Mines).

GA offers advisory services on the proper setup of the various files, interfaces with and advises manufacturers and various sub-suppliers until the files are completed for submission to the Consulate, Chamber of Commerce, and final customer.

GA, with knowledge of bureaucratic timelines and experience over the years, is able to advise and anticipate some of these timelines.

    GA is able to Offer:

-Analysis of the request and formulation of contract requirements.

-Creation of the list of documentation required to obtain ARH/DGM certification.

-Research and collection of certificates and documents that make up the files.

-Preparation of the application for submission to the Algerian authorised body.

-Prior analysis of meeting legislative requirements.

    UNITED KINGDOM - UKCA

GA provides consulting and training support to accompany its clients in preparing the technical file for both the British Regulations and the main EU directives.

For certification paths to the main EU Regulations and Directives, GA is also able both to support its clients in the choice and selection of Approved Bodies/Notified Bodies and to manage the related process, relieving the client of all tasks.

    INDIA - CCoE/PESO

PESO (the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) certification, formerly identified as CCoE (Chief Controller of Explosives India Certification), is the Indian standard required for all products that work with gas or in potentially critical environments.

All instruments and electrical components, which require ATEX or IECEx certification, must have a specific certificate approved by the authorised Indian representative.

    GA is able to Offer:

-Analysis of the request and formulation of contract requirements.

-Creation of the list of documentation required to obtain PESO certification.

-Search for and collect all ATEX (Atmosphere Explosive) and IECEx (International Electro-technical Commission Explosive) certification, updated to the latest regulations or not older than two years, from manufacturers or suppliers and related quality control.

-Preparation of the application for submission to the Indian authorised body with the ATEX or IECEx certificate attached.

-Issuance of the PESO certificate by the Indian agency.

    AUSTRALIA

Installation of an electrical product in a potentially explosive area in Australia requires certification and installation requirements that differ from the European Atex Directive and related standards referred to therein (e.g: EN 60079-14). In fact, Atex certification alone in accordance with any of the Annexes of Directive 94/9/EC is not sufficient for installation in Australia, even if such certification has been issued by a European Notified Body.

In fact, Australia accepts IECEx certification for electrical equipment intended for installation in explosive atmospheres.

To be able to use components certified only as ATEX, the CAD (Conformity Assessment Document) certification, formerly identified as Australian standards, must also be attached.

    GA is able to Offer:

-Analysis of the requirement because not all products need to be CAD certified and formulation of contract requirements.

-Creation of the list of documentation required to obtain CAD certification.

-Research and collection of specifications, data-sheets and all ATEX certification, updated to the latest regulations, from manufacturers or suppliers and related quality control.

-Preparation of application for submission to a third party such as Bureau Veritas: one application per each certificate is required.

-Issuance of the CAD certificate by the third entity.

    MALAYSIA

While in Europe PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) certification is required for all equipment with pressure above 0.5 bar, in Malaysia DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) certification is required with operating pressure above equal to 3000 pounds per inch.

    GA is able to Offer:

-Application analysis because not all products need to be DOSH certified according to the pressure and formulation of contract requirements.

-Creation of the list of documentation required to obtain DOSH certification

-Research and collection of specifications, data-sheets, drawings, weld booklet, nameplates, and all certification of materials, non-destructive and non-destructive operators' qualifications, from manufacturers or suppliers and related quality control

-Preparation of dossier for submission to the authorised body: one dossier per device and per item code is required.

-Approval of the submitted file and issuance of DOSH compliance by the Malaysian body.
